Helen Burgon Owner

In 2002 Helen created Boot Farm Kindergarten transforming an old farm house into a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children to explore, learn, play and develop to their fullest potential. From the very start Boot Farm has been Helen's passion and has grown from strength to strength over the years as well as growing in size with an expansion of the playrooms in 2004.

Helen has a very hands on approach and expects the highest standards from all her team to ensure Boot Farm offers the best care, education and support to all our children and their families. In addition to her countless experience Helen holds an NNEB qualification, DPQS Diploma in Post Qualification Studies, ILM First Line Management training and Paediatric first aid along with Designated Person Safeguarding training.


Amy Bridger Manager

Amy has been a part of the Boot Farm family since 2004, joining after gaining a BTEC National Diploma in Childcare and Education at collage. Over the years Amy has progressed from Nursery Nurse to Room Coordinator then Deputy Manager in 2008 and now holds the position of Nursery Manager. Amy works alongside Helen in maintaining the high standards of Boot Farm Kindergarten and ensuring we offer our children, and their families, the best possible care, guidance and experience.

To support her ever growing experience Amy has also gained further qualifications in NVQ level 5 Management and leadership, ILM First Line Management as well as Paediatric first aid and Designated Person Safeguarding training.


Ashlee Dallimore Deputy Manager

Since joining Boot Farm Kindergarten in 2011 Ashlee has gained NVQ level 2 and 3 qualifications in Children’s and Young Peoples workforce along with Paediatric First aid training and Safeguarding Children. Ashlee is the Deputy Manager at Boot Farm Kindergarten and also the room co-ordinator for the baby room overseeing her dedicated team of staff in the care and education of our younger children aged 0-2 years.
